System proposals
Based on entry inspection and following analysis of a company management we create and document entitled “The realization of changes project”. It contains the following approximate content:

- Specification of functions of a system and its components
- Organizational and technical safeguard of a project
- Project harmonogram and its supervision
- Budget and economic return of a project
Interim management
We offer specialized services (logistics specialist, quality manager) in the interim when customer needs to increase the capacity in a specific expertise with the intention of realization of demanded changes. It can include implementation of quality system, organization, and launching new distributional system, implementation of the tight spots concept into the methodology of planning and production management. We talk about interim management when the operation of the consultant is continuous (daily or almost daily) for a period of months – for example three days a week for a period of six months. It is a modern consulting service, which not only brings fast and high-quality results but also leaves significant contribution in terms of skills and knowledge of those who cooperated with the manager in the interim.
Interim management is a new but already well proven method for appointing the appropriate personnel into positions at the exact time and here also in the right period!
